Accelerated Genetics Hires New Employees (6/4/08)
Accelerated Genetics has a few
new staff members working for its organization. The Baraboo-based
cooperative announced that Ryan Weigel has been hired as a Herd Analyst
in Southwest Wisconsin and Northwest Illinois. In this position, Weigel
will be working with the company's on-farm, computer-mating program
GEMpc (Genetic Evaluation and Mating Program). Ryan previously served
as the Dairy Cattle Show Manager at World Dairy Expo for six years. He
also worked for Bou-Matic for five years prior as a District Sales
Manager.
Liliana Parker joins the company as the new International Customer Service Representative in the Marketing Division. She will coordinate and process orders for Latin America distributors and Accelerated Genetics representatives. In addition, Liliana will provide support materials and assist with tours from Latin America. She previously worked at the Baraboo School District as a translator for non-English speaking students.
And William Kellogg of Viola has joined Accelerated Genetics as a Regional Assistant. He will provide relief A.I breeding services and direct farm sales to herds for Region 14 in Southern Wisconsin.
