Muezenberger & Schreiner Join Accelerated Genetics (1/9/08)



Accelerated Genetics has announced the hiring of Charlotte Muezenberger as a Herd Analyst in southeastern Wisconsin. In this position, Muezenberger will be working with Accelerated Genetics on-farm, computer-mating program GEM-pc. She will work with each individual herds goals, evaluate each animal, and use Accelerated Genetics extensive database and computer program to give each herd the best possible matings to ensure progress.

Muezenberger is a 2007 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-River Falls where she received a B.S. in Dairy Science-Management. She also served as the 2006 Public Relations and Advertising Intern for Accelerated Genetics and was a relief technician.

Also hired was Dan Schreiner, who will work as a Products Specialist based out of the companys production facility in Westby. In this position, Schreiner will assist with the research; design and implementation of the Accelerated Genetics Animal Health Products program expansion both domestically and internationally. His duties will include market analysis, product development, product commercialization and training.

Schreiner is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, having earned a B.S. in Natural Sciences as well as his M.S. in Dairy Science, with an emphasis in animal physiology and management. Most recently, Schreiner was a Dairy Production Specialist for a feed company.
